1. Who we are

Firfirey (the “platform”) is software made and operated by Nepfex Innovations Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Nepal (“Nepfex”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@nepfex.com.

2. What Firfirey is, and what it is not

Firfirey is a technology platform. It helps travellers find information about Nepal and send requests to independent tourism businesses (“partners”) such as hotels, trekking agencies, guides and activity operators. It also gives partners software to manage their listings and requests.

Firfirey is not a travel agency, tour operator, trekking agency or accommodation provider, and holds no tourism licence. We do not provide, organise, operate or guarantee any travel service. Each partner is responsible for its own services, licences, permits, prices, safety and conduct, and for complying with the laws that apply to it.

3. Requests and bookings

• When you send a request through Firfirey, it is passed to the partner (or to our team, if you contact us directly). A request is not a confirmed booking.
• A booking exists only when the partner confirms it. The contract for the travel service is between you and the partner, on the partner’s terms.
• Prices shown are set by partners. Prices marked “indicative” are estimates for planning only.
• Each partner’s cancellation and refund policy applies. See our cancellation page.

4. Payments

Where the platform offers online payment, payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example eSewa, Khalti or IME Pay). At present, payments on Firfirey run in test mode only and no real money is taken. When live payments open, these terms will be updated to explain how payments are collected and passed to partners.

5. Information on the site

Guides, itineraries, altitudes, seasons and permit information are provided for general planning. Rules, fees and conditions in Nepal change. Check current requirements with the official source (for example the Nepal Tourism Board, the Department of Immigration or the relevant national park) before you travel. Health and altitude content is general information, not medical advice.

6. The AI trip planner

The planner uses an automated system to draft itineraries from places, treks and listings on Firfirey. Drafts can contain mistakes. Check every detail, and treat the output as a starting point, not advice or a booking.

7. Your account and conduct

• Give accurate information and keep your login details safe.
• Do not misuse the platform: no fraud, spam, scraping, attempts to break security, or unlawful content.
• Content you submit (for example stories or reviews) must be your own and lawful. You give us a licence to display it on Firfirey. You can ask us to remove it.

8. Partners

Partners agree to separate partner terms. They must hold the licences their services require and keep their listings accurate.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nepfex is not liable for travel services provided by partners, or for losses arising from them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Nepal.

10. Changes and law
