Each hotel, trekking agency, guide or operator sets its own cancellation and refund rules. Where a partner has published its policy on Firfirey, you will see it on the listing and again before you send a request or pay. If a policy is not shown, ask the partner before you commit.
Cancelling a request
A request that the partner has not confirmed can be withdrawn at any time. Reply to the request email, or cancel it from your account if it appears under your trips.
Cancelling a confirmed booking
Contact the partner directly using the details in your confirmation, and copy info@nepfex.com so we can help keep a record. Refunds, if any, follow the partner’s policy.
Payments in test mode
Payments on Firfirey currently run in test mode with eSewa, Khalti and IME Pay sandboxes. No real money moves, so there is nothing to refund. This page will be updated before live payments open.
